Neuromark Automations Ltd. ("Neuromark", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Data we collect
We collect information you submit through our contact and enrollment forms (name, work email, company, project details), data automatically collected through cookies and analytics (IP address, device, referrer, pages viewed), and any communications you send us.

We process your data to respond to enquiries, deliver services, manage courses and consultancy, send transactional emails, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted processors that help us run the business — hosting, email, analytics, payment, and CRM providers. All processors are bound by contract and operate under GDPR-compliant safeguards.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and the United Kingdom. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK–US Data Bridge where applicable.
