Terms of Service

Neuromark provides website design and build, landing pages and CRO, AI call automation, paid advertising management, workflow automation, self-paced services, and 1:1 consultancy. Service-specific scope, timing, and deliverables are agreed in a separate written proposal or statement of work.

All fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Service purchases are billed per the agreed proposal; consultancy is billed monthly in advance. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverable of any bespoke website. Neuromark retains rights to underlying frameworks, code libraries, templates, and methodologies used to produce the work, and may reuse them on other projects. Service and consultancy materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

"Neuromark", "Neuromark Automations", the Neuromark mark, and our logo are trademarks of Neuromark Automations Ltd. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and used for identification only.

You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use any content for unlawful purposes.

Services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuromark's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in the client's jurisdiction applies.
